Super premium wholes are the king of macadamias.
Style 0 – Super Premium Whole Kernels
The mix is Minimum 95% Super Premium Whole Kernels larger than 20mm. These are the King of the nuts or super mac! They are massive Kernels ranging upwards of 20mmin size. The style is 95% large with careful screening to ensure the best consistency of nut colour nut shape and nut size.

Style 1 – Premium Whole Kernels
Style 1 Macadamia nuts are a very popular being that the Maca’s have the greatest consumer retail ability because of their size and shape; they are excellent value for money when it comes to consumers. They range in size from 17mm to 20mm consisting of a minimum of 95% whole kernel.

Style 2 – Premium Wholes & Halves
Style 2 are a 50/50 mix of whole kernels and larger halfs; they range in sizes from 13mm and larger. It’s a versatile style with so much to offer the consumer and retailer for different food applications.

Style 3 – Wholes and Halves Blend
This style is like a party mix with nuts for retail use and also for ingredient combinations. They are Slightly smaller kernels with an average size 13mm or larger they are mainly halfs and some whole kernels.

Style 4L – Premium Large Halves
The nuts are perfect for the consumer product such as chocolate coated nuts and or honey roasted.They are good value for money are great for snacks, the sizes range about 13mm at about 80% half Kernels.
Style 4S – Premium Small Halves
The nuts are perfect for the consumer product such as chocolate coated nuts and or honey roasted.They are good value for money are ideal for snacks, the only difference between these and the 4L is they are smaller between 11mm to 13mm and ¼ half kernels with macadamia chips.

Style 5 – Premium Large Chips
The quality is the same Australian Natural Macadamia nuts, but due to the processing and crack out conditions the chips are screened and separated from the rest and sold as is, with sizes ranging from 9mm to 11mm they still deliver a great crunch in your mouth but can be used for a variety of other reasons in consumer products & breakfast cereals.

Packaging Information
In order to ensure our macadamia kernel is delivered in the best possible condition to our customers, we use nitrogen flushed, vacuumed sealed laminated foil bags, in a fibre board carton, with the dimensions of 360mm x 280mm x 200mm.
Our products are packaged in either 10kg or 11.34kg cartons depending on the style of macadamia kernel.
