Macadamia Nut & Shell Per Kg

Our product contains the highest quality Premium Grade Australian Macadamia Kernel. This means that it has the delicately sweet flavour and beautiful, creamy colour of raw macadamia kernels. It also has a firm crunch and delightful, crunchy texture. We take pride in the freshness of our product, which is guaranteed to be free of any rancidity or foreign odours.

We take quality very seriously. Comprised of at least 50% whole kernels, our product has been passed over a 23.8mm equilateral screen, as well as a 27.4mm equilateral triangle screen. It contains no more than 2% reject kernels and no more than 3% commercial-grade and reject kernels, with a maximum of 1 piece of loose shell per 100kg of kernel. It contains no foreign matter whatsoever.

In accordance with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code, our macadamias never contain any Genetically-Modified Organisms (GMOs).

An extremely versatile product, it has a wide range of potential uses, from cooking and baking to use as a tasty topping for ice cream.

Shelf Life:

Premium Grade Australian Macadamia Kernels will last for up to 18 months from the date listed on the package as long as:

• the package remains unopened
• the product is stored at temperatures between 8ºC and 12ºC
• the product is stored indoor in a clean, dry area
